Because of its compact structure, uniform spherical shape, low impurity content, good thermal stability, strong adhesion and stable quality, the colloidal silica can improve the baking and scrubbing resistance of ceramic coatings, and is widely used in ceramic coatings industry. The ceramic non-stick coating produced by colloidal silica has low baking temperature (180-200℃), no volatile matter, no harmful substances, safe coating and use process, energy saving and environmental protection, high temperature resistance and good wear resistance.
